Religious Services
A synagogue is a center to create sacred time and
space. When we join together to pray, each individual
becomes linked with the Divine and with members of our
community. There is no better place than the synagogue to
seek out and engage God in our struggles and challenges,
to find a measure of solace and peace, or to celebrate
the simchas and mitzvahs in our lives.
Congregation Beth Ahavah holds its own Shabbat services or Torah study
about every other Friday night, at 8:00 P.M. Services last approximately one
hour and are followed by an Oneg Shabbat (a reception).
Dress is casual.
Rodeph Shalom, our congregational partner, holds Friday night services every
Friday night, usually at 6:00 p.m. Beth Ahavah members are always welcome to
attend Rodeph Shalom services.
